1. Drive an off-road race buggy/truck
2. Follow the Oregon Trail as much as possible in my van
3. Go Marlin/Tuna/Whatever fishing down in Cabo San Lucas
4. Kayak the Tualitin River in Portland, OR
5. Ride a zip line
